Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GBPjet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and billing
The service is billed per active location on a monthly basis, charged in advance via Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a location at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and the location stays active until the end of the current paid month. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content on your Google Business Profile.
Third-party services
The service relies on Google APIs and other providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms, though we work to minimise any impact.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
