Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account (such as your name and email), the Google Business Profile data you authorise us to access, and basic usage analytics that help us improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service — publishing posts, replying to reviews, running audits and generating reports on your behalf — and to provide support and send important account notices.
Google user data
When you connect your Google Business Profile, GBPjet accesses it through Google's official OAuth flow and the Google Business Profile APIs — we never see or store your Google password. With your authorisation we access only the data needed for the features you use: your business profile details (name, address, phone, hours, categories, attributes and website), your posts, photos, reviews and questions, and your profile performance insights. We use this data solely to operate the features you turn on — drafting and publishing posts, drafting and posting review replies, running audits, tracking rankings, generating reports and monitoring your profile for changes — and always under your control. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we never sell it, and we never share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service (for example, secure cloud hosting) or where required by law.
Data security
Your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens, and other sensitive data, are encrypted at rest, and access is tightly restricted to the systems that operate the features you enable. We follow industry-standard practices to keep your information safe.
Limited Use
GBPjet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting your data
You can disconnect GBPjet at any time — from your Google Account's third-party access settings, from within your dashboard, or by deleting your account. Once disconnected we stop accessing your Google Business Profile and delete the associated access tokens, and you can request deletion of your remaining data at any time.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
